Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@sendkind.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Contact us if you’re unsure about a specific product.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
